I love to support local and wanted to support this place so bad but I can't. Rude customer service from Darath. She tried selling me a foam flower pick with an obvious scratch (white spot on it). Obviously doesn't care and will just try to sell you anything. She also tried to get me the wrong pick just because the one i wanted they didn't have it anymore, instead of letting me know... why hide that? Just be honest about it. Then the orange puakenikeni is super orange on the website and on their instagram, and then she tried to sell me a yellowish looking one so I asked to make sure... she got upset, couldn't answer yes or no if it's like the pictures and gave me such a bad additude. She wanted to give up just because i asked if the flower was going to be actually orange. All i wanted was the right color. I would have bought another pick in replacement of that if she was nice about it. She tried to make it like it's the costumerβs fault that they have the wrong images on their website. She got frustrated over their mistakes. That is not how you treat a costumer. I asked and talked nicely. Looks like this place only cares about money. Won't be buying from them again, they just do

I love this shop!so always buy some hair clip and leis for my Japanese friends. I would love to have a single-strand white pikake lei.

One of Hawaii's favorite places! The service, the variety and the prices are the best around. They have been serving Hawaii for over 20 years! We came in from Hilo and had a wonderful experience.

The best place for pua (flowers) on Oahu. We can never leave without buying a basket full of pua. They also have a large selection of kukui nut lei in many color combinations. Great service with aloha. We are so lucky to have Crafts Way!
